An intensive 18-month professional training program offered by the Dangote Academy, designed to equip recent secondary school and technical college graduates with practical skills in industrial and production operations. It combines classroom-based practical training, experiential learning, and direct immersion in Dangote's facilities located in Lagos, Kano, Delta, and Kogi.

Conditions d'éligibilité

Must be a recent graduate of secondary school with WAEC/NECO/SSCE certification or a technical college graduate with NABTEB certification. Candidates holding an ND, HND, or university degree are not eligible. No IELTS certification required.
